In February 2006, Mr. David Lowe, the CEO of Yule Catto Far East announced the reorganization of the management team of Revertex (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Synthomer Sdn Bhd. With the resignation of Madam Tong Woo Lian as Managing Director of the Polymer Division of Revertex, a new division was formed which combined both the water based polymers produced by the Polymer Division and Synthomer Sdn Bhd. This new division called Aqueous Polymers is headed by Mr. Andrew Lanham as Managing Director.

The remaining production plants under the Polymer Division i.e. Alkyd, Polyester and Plasticizer will now be under a new Division called Resins and is headed by Mr. Ting Kang Sieng as General Manager. Mr. Selvaraj M. remains as managing director of the Natural Rubber Division.
