Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3-4 years working experience in Polymer / Chemical / Engineering background
Possess expertise and experience in project management techniques and methodology
Experience in design, engineering, project management, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.
Good communication (both verbal & written, Bahasa Malaysia and English), negotiation and conflict management skills
Computer literacy in AutoCAD & MSOffice (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project)
Supervise and lead subcontractors to ensure workmanship standards are achieved for project to be delivered on time and meeting quality and safety aspects.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact well with all levels of people
Have sense of responsibility, time management skills, analytical and conceptual thinking |
